For ramen aficionados, the variety here is impressive and meticulously crafted. You’ll find comforting classics like the Shoyu Ramen and the vibrant, spicy Miso Ramen loaded with bean sprouts, chashu, and butter, evoking the warmth of a traditional Japanese kitchen. The Spicy Paste on the side allows you to tailor your bowl’s heat, enhancing the complexity with a fiery punch. Fans of kimchi will appreciate the innovative Kimchi Ramen, blending bacon and sausage with the fermented tang of kimchi for a flavor-packed experience.
Beyond noodles, Beat Mazesoba impresses with an eye-catching selection of appetizers and bar snacks. The Karaage Chicken offers crispy, juicy bites that are perfect for sharing, while the Crunchy Fish Tacos stand out as a fusion delight, crisp and zesty, effortlessly pairing with a cold beer. The inclusion of diverse plates like Okonomiyaki with Bonito Flakes and Sticky Pork Rib adds depth to the menu, highlighting the kitchen’s dexterity in delivering authentic yet inventive flavors.
For those seeking heartier meals, the steak and burger offerings bring their own charm. The herb-marinated and grilled hanging tender steak served with mushroom and egg fried rice is a luxurious indulgence, rich and satisfying. The Beat Burger, stacked with bacon, cheese, and caramelized onions on a soft brioche bun, paired with crispy French fries, is a testament to Beat Mazesoba’s ability to cross culinary boundaries while keeping the quality intact.

Tried mazesoba for the first time and it was super good! The noodles were thick and chewy, and the sauce had a nice, savory kick. Mixing it all up with the toppings made it extra tasty. Definitely something I’d get again!
One of the most delicious pork belly (chashu) in a ramen that I've tried. It's braised to perfection and I highly suggest to get it with their signature beat mazemen, which is basically a ramen dish without the broth. The servers are very attentive and the prices are reasonable. If you go for lunch some of the items are discounted for their lunch special.
Came here with a big group and we were all impressed. The soba noodles were fresh, flavorful, and perfectly chewy — clearly made with care. The broth was comforting without being too heavy, and the toppings were generous. Beyond the food, the vibe was relaxed and welcoming — ideal for catching up with friends or celebrating something low-key. Service was smooth even with a larger party. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a spot that nails both the food and the atmosphere.
I haven't been back here in a few years, but pleasantly surprised by the food this time! Had very good appetizers, such as karaage, okonomiyaki, fries, and fish tacos. LOVED the fish tacos. signature beat mazesoba was as good as I remembered. Solid for a big group.
The fries themselves were perfectly golden and crispy, holding up beautifully under all the delicious toppings. Loved the creamy white sauce and the tangy, slightly spicy reddish-orange drizzle that gave it a fantastic kick. The fresh cilantro and chili slices added a vibrant touch and extra flavor. This isn't just a side dish; it's a full-on flavor experience. Paired perfectly with a cold beer, it's a definite must-try if you're looking for something satisfying and packed with taste. Highly recommend!
Love that they’ve got so many Japanese draft beers. The okonomiyaki is thick and tasty, and the mazesoba is delicious too. Quick and kind. My Japanese friend liked this place
Maze soba was amazing —super flavorful without the broth. The noodles were perfectly chewy, and mixing in the egg made it extra creamy. Definitely a satisfying bowl if you’re into bold, saucy noodles. I’d recommend the Yuzu Shio Maze Soba any day
